Safety Policy

At Heli Bhutan, we are fully committed to adopting and implementing international best practices across all Operations and Maintenance aspects. Passenger safety and comfort are at the core of everything we do. We prioritize safety above all, recognizing that safe transport is fundamental to delivering efficient, reliable, and trustworthy air travel services. In doing so, we remain fully compliant with the Bhutan Civil Aviation Requirements (BCARs).

What sets helicopter services apart is their versatility—not only do we provide passenger transport, but we also perform a wide range of aerial operations, including HESLO (Helicopter External Sling Load Operations) for cargo transport across Bhutan’s challenging mountainous terrain and unpredictable weather conditions.

As we grow, we aim to cultivate a strong safety culture built on transparency and trust. We are committed to fostering a non-punitive reporting environment that empowers our team to raise safety concerns without fear. This approach supports our vision of a “Just Culture,” where we proactively address safety challenges through research, mitigation, and continuous improvement at every level of our organization.
